Planning Phase
Hannan Construction begins projects with site-specific safety plans that address safety concerns before they become issues. We believe that this is paramount to a successful project. Our team members are asked to work hard and trust that Hannan Construction will provide a well-run jobsite. We take trust seriously, and we hold ourselves accountable to provide clean, safe, and efficient environments for every project.

Coordination & Confirmation Phases
Logistics and planning have a significant impact on the flow of construction. So during these phases, we take measures to protect building systems, install adequate construction lighting, provide temporary power, and set up adequate operation facilities to maintain daily operations and receive material deliveries. We will work with building management to properly coordinate deliveries and to maximize material staging.

Execution Phase
Our team conducts regular inspections and ensures all crew members follow established protocols to maintain safety and compliance. Subcontractor meetings are held weekly to discuss safety, schedule, and coordination, while site leadership conducts foreman huddles each morning to address daily safety topics, ensure subcontractor needs are being met, and coordinate upcoming activities. At Hannan Construction, we prioritize proactive measures that keep projects moving forward without compromising the well-being of our people or partners.
