The Challenge
Hannan Construction was called in for a full interior renovation, complete with a testing laboratory, a completely new HVAC system, and increased electrical service for the lab area. With precise coordination and an accelerated construction schedule, Hannan successfully completed the project in just two months.
The Results
The completed renovation delivers a functional, modern corporate space aligned with Primetals’ technical and operational needs. Finishing early provided the client an additional week to relocate. Other highlights include:
