Marriott International—composed of 30 brands including Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and Gaylord hotels—needed a corporate office that could support its global sales operations while reflecting the brand’s polished image. Hannan Construction was brought in to transform and modernize their 24,000 SF full floor.

The Challenge
Marriott required a workspace that balanced private, open, and collaborative areas while integrating advanced technology to support their sales teams across 7,000+ properties in 131 countries. The project had to accommodate complex AV and video conferencing systems for global teams and a mix of open and private offices and workspaces—all with minimal disruption to building operations.
The Results
With audio visual included in the scope of work, the Hannan team equipped the collaborative rooms with state-of-the-art interactive video conferencing systems, allowing the sales team to train and work together no matter their location. The final result is a fully functional, high-end corporate office that supports productivity and collaboration. Highlights include:
