This project was comprised of an 80,000 SF renovation of the Siemens headquarters. The entire second floor was completely remodeled and Siemens “NWOW” (New Way Of Working) standards were ushered in. Dark and dingy private offices, old and out dated restrooms, and uninviting break rooms gave way to new brightly lit, glass-front offices, entirely renovated restrooms, updated break rooms, inspiring collaborative work areas, and multiple interactive conference rooms. During the second phase, the facility’s main lobby was remodeled to reflect the newly made changes to the second floor. All existing lobby finishes were removed to allow for updated security standards, installation of new stained millwork and reception desk plus a new cantilevered, three story staircase with custom stainless steel handrails.
