Hannan Construction completed the interior renovation of Primetals Technologies corporate offices. The 37,000 SF renovation included a testing lab, building core upgrades, open office environment, executive offices, lounges, and multiple conference areas. Hannan Construction accelerated the construction schedule, thereby successfully completing the project in two months, providing the client an additional week to relocate. The project required a completely new HVAC system, as well as added electrical service for the lab area.
