In 2019, Hannan Construction completed a 24,000 SF, full-floor buildout for Marriott International in the 400 Galleria building. Marriott Intl. is composed of 30 brands including Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and Gaylord hotels with over 7,000 properties across 131 countries. This project included executive office suites, multiple collaborative/common areas, open office space, as well as traditional conference rooms. With audio visual included in the scope of work, our team equipped the collaborative rooms and conference rooms with state of the art interactive video conferencing systems allowing the sales team to train and collaborate together no matter where they are located around the world.
