Hannan Construction recently completed an 18,000 SF building expansion and renovation for Marist School in Atlanta. The project included a complete demolition and remodel of existing first floor and construction of a two level classroom and office structure. This project included classrooms, multiple collaborative/common areas, open work space, robotics labs, virtual reality theater, traditional lecture rooms and upgrades to existing restrooms. Constuction began during the school year, therefore, Hannan Construction worked with the school administration to implement a logistical site plan which allowed construction to progress on schedule with minimal impact to traffic flow considering students, parents, and faculty continued to access the school property.
