Mark Hannan

President
Mark Hannan is the Owner and President of Hannan Construction, founded in 2011 to redefine the modern construction firm in Atlanta.

A Virginia Military Institute graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Mark leads with discipline, integrity, and strong leadership.

Under his guidance, Hannan Construction is known for excellence, transparency, and craftsmanship. By pairing decades of experience with cloud-based systems, the firm simplifies complexity, encourages collaboration, and delivers exceptional spaces—earning a 94% repeat business rate.


Beyond construction, Mark is committed to community service and developing future leaders. He supports veteran and educational initiatives, mentors young professionals, and lives out perseverance both on and off the job site, having completed seven Ironman triathlons.

Chris Dastou

Vice President
Chris Dastou is a seasoned executive and business strategist with the majority of his experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and operational complexity. A University of South Carolina business graduate, he brings a disciplined, people-centered, and performance-driven leadership style.


With decades of leadership experience in a Fortune 500 public company, Chris has overseen multiple business units, driven P&L performance, developed high-performing teams, and strengthened client satisfaction. His background spans staffing, compliance, HR, marketing, forecasting, and KPI management, giving him a strong blend of operational rigor and strategic insight.


As Vice President, Chris leads strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and acquisition evaluations while advancing service excellence, workforce development, and long-term organizational health. Known for hands-on leadership and a focus on people, processes, and performance, he builds cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and sustainable success.


James John

Director Of Operations
James John is a veteran construction operations leader with over 20 years of experience managing complex commercial projects and improving organizational performance. Known for his structured approach and technical expertise, he brings clarity and control to fast-moving environments.


As Director of Operations at Hannan Construction, James oversees day-to-day execution across project teams, including field coordination, scheduling, safety, and project oversight. He has delivered sophisticated workplace and technical environments for clients such as Inspire Brands, Crawford & Company, Range water, Immucor, and QAD.


Previously, James held senior engineering and operations roles at Immucor, leading multisite facilities, engineering initiatives, and EHS programs that improved efficiency, automation, and compliance. He holds a BBA from Georgia State University and is certified in PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and TPM, and is valued for his steady leadership and consistent delivery of reliable outcomes.
