Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality specifications. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on management. The ability to coordinate and motivate diverse teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews. Effective written and verbal communication with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators. Analytical thinker who can anticipate and resolve conflicts, delays, and unexpected issues
Qualifications
Education, Certifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Management. PMP, CCM and OSHA certifications are desirable. 5+ years of relevant and practical field experience.
