In 2018, Hannan Construction completed the Southeast Regional Headquarters for JLL. The real estate firm chose Hannan Construction to tackle a challenging schedule during an occupied renovation. The project featured a multi-story interconnecting stair, conference center, lounges, gathering areas, flex-space, and open offices. Highlights include a monumental stair erected over an existing stair, state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, use of reclaimed materials, and custom millwork solutions. Challenges included modifying a post-tensioned concrete structure, managing multiple long lead times, all while working in an occupied office throughout construction.
